The Rewrite Method™ is a journaling-based system for personal transformation developed by Marianne Rosen, a life coach accredited with the Association for Coaching.
Through a structured framework, narrative exploration, and guided prompts, the Rewrite Method helps individuals examine the stories shaping their lives and consciously author new directions.
The method is currently taught through the Rewrite Method Reset programme and supported by journaling practices, prompts, and written exercises.
